One of the bad guys frome my manga, though personnally speaking he is a good dude.
"Star commando" is a title given to a select elite soldiers, by the number of 8, and they are awarded the name of a star or a constallation. This guy is number 5 among the 8 (it's not indicativ of battle strength, except for the number1) and his real name is actually Konrad Richardson.
Star Commandos are known for being the best at close quarter combat, and his main wepon is a purple knife (made from a meteorite, but that does not give any special properties whatsoever). He is also nicknamed "Orion the hunter" because of a habit of cutting the throat of his ennemies.
But really, he is a nice and respectful guy.
